Positive UK-test ahead of French GP
Just like most F3000 teams are in full preparation for the upcoming back-to-back races in France and Great Britain, so was Team Arden International last week. In a two day test at Snetterton, both Robert and his teammate Vitantonio got some more mileage under their belt. At the first day Robert mainly focussed himself on set-up work by driving 60 laps on the quick but steepy track. As the second day was called off by the team due to the large amount of rain which felt down, both Robert and Tonio completed a fitness programm together. At thursday morning Robert and his team practised on their pitstops.
Robert: "It was good to be back in the car for after three weeks. I'm now genuinely starting to feel more like a real F3000-driver because with all the experience I gained in the last few months, I can now get the best out of the car much sooner. If we 're just as competitive in Magny-Cours as we were here my results are going to be okay!"
