Robert briefly visits his hometown Rotterdam with his ING Renault F1 car!
ROTTERDAM, JULY 18 2008 - Hometown hero Robert Doornbos briefly visited Dutch second largest city Rotterdam with his ING Renault F1 car in order to inspect the Bavaria City Racing track at which he will undoubtly give some spectacular demos in the weekend of 15-17 August. While the Red Bull Air Race pilots already made their first runs above the Maas river, Robert gave a selection of guests and media the opportunity to meet him together with his ING Renault F1 car.
The Bavaria City Racing event will be held in the weekend of 15-17 August.
ROBERT DOORNBOS: "It always feels good to be back in my hometown Rotterdam, but to be here with my ING Renault F1 car makes it extra special to me. I'm really looking forward to the event next month, as I have great memories of the 2005 and 2007 editions in which I also participated. Together with the ING Renault F1 team I'm really pumped up to give people the best ever F1 demo they have ever seen!"
