Robert looks forward to US GP!
With only a couple of days to go before the United States Grand Prix at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Robert is looking forward of getting back behind the wheel of the third car of Jordan Grand Prix. After having attended two GP’s on the sidelines as the team’s test- and reserve driver, Robert is very pleased to be back in the drivers seat.
Robert: “I can hardly wait to to get back in the car after my four week ‘break’. The last few weeks were very interesting though. At both the Nurburgring and Montreal I supported the team in a different role, but I think I still brought in a great contribution. For now I am going to prepare myself in a ranch with my sponsors for two or three days in Minneapolis where I will learn how to fly an old aeroplane. After that, my full focus goes out to the Fridays tests at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. I’m really excited as this will be the single time I’ll drive at this track. I watched the Indy 500 two weeks ago. It will be a great experience to drive on the oval as it will be flat out and I also hope we can get a good result for the team."
